There will be a new 1.0.x release with the 1.4.x binaries. Probably
within a couple weeks.

For doing it manually, you just need to follow the same instructions as
1.1.x users had to prior to have a version released:

Only other step you will need to do is copy the libdb44.dll file to
somewhere in your PATH.
