If 1.1.7 broke stuff for you it'd be nice if you could specify what it
broke?

The Eclipse Manage Configuration option will let you go back to an earlier
version. You can do this for the entire configuration, or just disable a
specific version of a specific plugin.

You could also just remove the 1.1.7 files from your disk. Restart with
-clean would put you back to 1.1.6 (assuming it is still installed).
