The directories are correctly updated now when you synchronize.

However, I too have seen the problem where the directories don't seem
to update and continue to show up on subsequent synchronizes. These
went away when I simply deleted the project and checked it out fresh.

Mark said that similar problems have been known to occur when using
JavaSVN for your adapter.
