This turns out to be harder than I thought -- because this is a Wizard and
not just a dialog. I can't figure out how to make a Wizard
programatically finish and close. I can make double click execute the
performFinish method, This creates the remote folder and commits, but
doesn't close the wizard.

You should probably just file an issue. I am going to set it aside for
now.
