This is a semi-known problem with Subversion 1.4. Try the command line, I
think you'll get similar problems. The Subversion devs have not been able
to narrow down the problem and most people are not getting it. It most
likely has something to do with a specific SSL and authentication setup.

Feel free to report the problem on the users@subversion list. Perhaps you
will be the one that brings in the missing piece of the puzzle!

You can get around this in Subclipse by using JavaSVN, or copying all of
the JavaHL DLL's. from the 1.1.0 plugin into the 1.1.7 folder.
