I changed our code to use this alternate merge methods when the paths are
the same.

If you want to try it you can download svnClientAdapter.jar from this URL:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/svn/subclipse/trunk/subclipse/core/lib/

Username is guest with no password.

You will then have to update the JAR inside our core plugin JAR.
