[Subclipse-users] can't install subclipse

I can't install subclipse completely.When I use eclipse3.2--"find and install" to install subclipse,I have a problem at the last step,it shows me the free space is 0,but my D:\ drive has 148GB free space,and the next and finish button is disabled.
   
  Please advise.
