Ok, thanks for the explanation...

Can I post an issue for Subversion to enhance the content into
.SVN directory with this information every time you do an Update/Sync?
If I can do you know what is the Subcomponent from Subversion that is
impacted?

        Thanks

Can't realistically do it. Subversion does not store this information
locally so that it can be retrieved, and checking each file in the
repository would be unbearable.

If the file has the svn:needs-lock property set and you right-click and
choose Properties, then we now show any current lock info from the
repository. Also, if you try to lock a file and it is locked, you now
see
info about who has it locked.
