The mailing list you want is users@subclipse.tigris.org. I am cc: to that
list for you.

I test regularly with svn:// and it is working fine for me, JavaSVN and
JavaHL.

I cannot tell you the exact steps to roll back a version, except that I am
sure you do it from Help -> Software Updates -> Manage Configuration.
