  I included predefined templates for repository and sample query for Subclipse with that connector, so you can just select them from the drop downs on repository and query settings pages:

  Just in case, here is specific settings:

  Repository:

• Server: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues
• Task Prefix URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=
• New task URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/enter_bug.cgi?component=subclipse

  Query:

• URL (it can be copied from the web page that shows query result in IssueZilla).
  For example, all new issues: http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/buglist.cgi?issue_status=NEW&issue_status=STARTED&issue_status=REOPENED&order=Issue+Number
• Regexp (1st matching group should be issue id and 2nd - issue description):
  <a href="show_bug.cgi\?id\=(.+?)">.+?<span class="summary">(.+?)</span>
• Task prefix (in most of the cases it is the same as prefix in repository settings): http://subclipse.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=
