I am not sure Subclipse is the problem. On Windows it should be fairly
impossible to get that error because we ship a JavaHL and JavaSVN
implementation that should both work. Your log also seems to show several
restarts and not all of them even get the error.

Do you have especially large projects or anything that might be unusual?

Are you using Subclipse 1.1.5 with Eclipse 3.2? That is the recommended
version.

You could try starting Eclipse with the -clean option and making sure the
right versions of the plugins are activated in Help -> About.
