[Subclipse-users] Coping without the .SVN dir

Hi,
Is there a way to copy a dir without also copying the .SVN of this dir? When I copy in the Navigation view the .SVN also comes, causing further trouble when trying to synchronize... What should be the correct way of copying folders without this info?
PS: I tried before to see on the Help and FAQ but I couldn't find the answer.
