This one was mentioned in the changelog (but at the 1.1.0 release). We
are now using the common Team History view, so the SVN History view no
longer exists, which is why you get that error.

It will either be a specific dialog that makes it clearer what it is
asking for, it will be integrated into the main credentials dialog where
you specify the keyfile. I think there is a reason it cannot be in that
one though.
