Personally, I do not like UI's that do stuff like that. I would not be
opposed to it if someone wanted to add it. I am also not sure that we
have any realistic way of knowing this is the error. The Subversion API
throws an Exception. It is probably possible to parse something specific
out of the Exception to figure out that it is this specific error, but we
are not currently doing stuff like that in very many places.
