Hello,

You should either switch to JavaHL adapter or upgrade to Subclipse 1.1.4 (it
includes version of JavaSVN that does support "file" protocol).
Subclipse 1.1.4 installation insturction (update site URL) could be found at
http://subclipse.tigris.org/callisto.html
