I think this is fixed in the trunk code. The problem was when using the
command line adapter from an Ant script the %SystemRoot% environment
variable was not being transferred into the environment where the command
is executed causing DNS resolver functionality to not work.

You can get around it by using the JavaHL or JavaSVN adapters. I am not
exactly sure how you do that from Ant though.
