In case you haven't found the answer to this, this is a simple task from the
Help -> Software Updates -> Manage Configuration dialog.
From there you see a list of all of the plugins installed, etc. You can
select to disable/enable previous releases as well as uninstall them. By
default I think it only lists the current version but there is a simple
toggle icon to list all installed.
After you uninstall it prompts you to restart. If you've uninstalled an
inactive version a simple Apply Now will work fine.
Hope it helps.
Greg.

I just used that help to "Uninstall" an old feature and it did remove it
from my disk. So I guess you can do it from Eclipse.
I had 1.1.2, 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 showing up. I was able to remove 1.1.3. I
suspect that I could not remove 1.1.2 because the 1.1.4 feature did not
update all of the plugins, so some of the ones from 1.1.2 are probably
still considered being used.
