The credentials are cached outside the "view" of Subclipse by your
adapter. If you are using JavaHL, they would be cached in the Subversion
runtime configuration area, if you are using JavaSVN then it is cached in
the Eclipse .keyring file.

To change your credentials you have to clear the cached information so
that you are prompted again.
