Subclipse 1.0.3/1.1.2 included a fix when JavaSVN was the adapter. JavaHL
did not have a problem.

If you are updating a lot of files outside of Eclipse there is going to be
some price to be paid once Eclipse sends out the change notifications on
all of those files. In general, it should not be that bad. The problem
with JavaSVN was that it was returning a different error than JavaHL and
was causing us to do a lot more checks for each file then was needed.
