Re: [Subclipse-users] How do you run subclipse on a local repository

Markus,

I just got done figuring out this myself, so I might be able to help
you. Its a little tricky because Subclipse can connect to Subversion
with 2 different libraries. JavaHL and JavaSVN.

Currently Subclipse can only connect to a local repository with the
JavaHL library, not the JavaSVN library. You need to make sure you are
using the right library. You can set this up in the "Preferences Page"
for Subclipse.

It might also be worth seeing if you can connect to the local
repository you made with another client, or even with the Subversion
command line program.

I know you're not on Debian, but I've made a wiki that might help you out:

http://tips4javadevelopmentondebian.pbwiki.com/

Unfortunately the wiki host I'm using is down right now. I'm not sure
when they'll get it back up.

Let me know if I can help with anything else.
