That URL worked OK for me.
Since you are on Linux, most likely you are using the JavaSVN adapter. If
you can obtain the JavaHL library and use that option, it should work if
RapidSVN works. As for JavaSVN, it uses the support provided by your JRE
to support SSL. See this info in our docs:
