This is an Eclipse issue. When you copy and paste within Eclipse it fires
the Team Provider Delete Hook as if you had deleted the file. There is no
way for us to know you are doing a paste. If you are on Windows (might
also be true for all OS) you can drag and drop from the Windows Explorer
into Eclipse and it will work correctly.
