More weirdness. I went ahead and right clicked on the project and
selected refresh. Now, the files are not decorated with the "uncommitted
changes" marker but the packages still are decorated, and finally the
synchronize view still shows one of the three files having uncommitted
changes. It seems like my SVN metadata is in some weird insistent state.
