Mark,

Looking over the error log there is nothing there that references Subclipse.

A little more information: the protocol used to access the repository is
HTTP and the repository is running Apache 2.

I have yet to run a project->refresh or team -> synchronize since I last
committed those files and they are still showing up with uncommitted
changes. Before I do, would it help if I turned on some logging to get
you more information? Or would it be better to turn logging on for the
actual commit?
