[Subclipse-users] Connection Problems when comparing big directories

Hi all,
when I try to compare the working copy of a big directory (50 MB, 2000 files) using 'Team->Compare With->Branch/Tag', I get a bunch of network-related error messages (see below). Comparing smaller directories works fine, so it seems not to be a setup- or firewall problem.
The problem seems to be client-related, since it only comes up on Windows. I did the same compare on a SuSE-10 without any problems. Since I observed a big increase of open TCP-connections (from 88 to 780) during the compare-operation, my suspicion is that it has something to do with the connection handling on top of the different OSs.
Any ideas?
