That is the feature I was talking about and it has been in Subclipse since
about that time. Subclipse does support linked resources (by allowing
them and ignoring them). The feature you are using is new in 3.2 and
requires us to implement a new similar method. I will look into it. As
long as our code will ignore them already, it should be fairly easy.
