[Subclipse-users] Configure Branches/Tags not liking similar named branches and tags

I finally got around to start playing with the branches/tags feature
again in Subclipse (and getting it working this time). And I was playing
with the "Configure Branches/Tags" dialog to let subclipse know about my
existing branches and tags. And I add in all the existing branches and
tags and it creates the subclipse:tags property with the correct
information and I commit the property, However when I go back into the
"Configure Branches/Tags" dialog many of my tags are missing and do not
show up, even though they are in the property.. The only correlation I
have found is that the missing tags have the SAME name as an existing
branch in the system.
