Hello,

JavaSVN doesn't support "negotiate" authentication method. You may try using
latest version of JavaSVN (1.1.0.beta2) - it could fall back to another
authentication method in case server suggests several authentication
methods, e.g. both "Negotiate" and "Basic" ones.
