The fact that the menu icons look just like Tortoise's is kind of a selling point with some of our CVS users. Their main concern is having an Eclipse plug-in that does all the same things as the CVS plug-in, when I show them subclipse in action, they are relieved by the fact that it looks so much like Tortoise (I assume they mean TortoiseCVS, which I've never actually used).

I like the new order, since it does put things in the order I use them the most often. And given svn's position as a replacement for CVS, it probably wouldn't hurt to make it a little more like the CVS menu in that sense. That said, svn has some fundamental differences, so I'd like to see a few more icons for those things that really do something different (Add to version control, Copy, Revert, and Cleanup come to mind).
