[Subclipse-users] An internal error occurred during: "SVN Update".

Hi,

for some time now I am really struggling with subclipse. For reasons
completely unknown project previously under subversion control are no
longer under control.

If I then disconnect and reshare them, I can commit, update and
everything.

When I shut down eclipse then, the project appears to be shared, but
when I try to update/commit anything, I get a popup telling me
'An internal error occurred during: "SVN Update".'

If the then disconnect & reshare the project, everything is fine again.

One more symptom I see is this occasional weird message in the SVN
Console:

---------CUT--------
An error was encountered retrieving the Eclipse resource for:
'/home/udo/wa/local/.metadata'.
The typical cause of this problem is that the case of the drive
letter and/or path of this file in Eclipse,
does not match the operating system. The value shown previously is
the OS path. The project may need to
reloaded into Eclipse with the correct path to resolve the problem.
This problem may effect several projects
but we try to send this message only once per session. This may
only effect the JavaHL SVN adapter.
    See: http://subclipse.tigris.org/faq.html#path-case for background
information.
---------CUT--------

This is weird, because /home/udo/wa/local/.metadata is perfectly
accessible and even more strange I am not using JavaHL but JavaSVN
instead ...

Both eclipse, subclipse and JavaSVN are up2date.

Any ideas?

Udo Rader
