Here is the thread where someone else was going to look at adding the
feature:

The only things I see is that they mentioned that in CVS this is
controlled by a preference. So we probably should too. Also, if the Team
-> Add option has been taken on the file I do not think your patch will
delete the file. You should probably tackle that case too.
