[Subclipse-users] Subclipse checkout wizard doesn't allow refresh

Hello,

I'm using Subclipse 0.9.108 with Eclipse 3.1.2, on Windows XP SP2,
connecting to a Subversion 1.3.0 server running on Windows Server 2003.

When I use the "Checkout Projects from SVN" wizard, and select an existing
repository, there is no way to refresh the repository on the "Select
Folder" page.

This is annoying because if a new project has recently been added to the
repository, it won't appear on the "Select Folder" page until I refresh the
repository by
 * going to the "SVN Repository Exploring" perspective
 * selecting the repository
 * refreshing it (right-click -> Refresh, or pressing F5).

(I realise that I can also check out a project directly from the "SVN
Repository Exploring" perspective, which would save me having to go through
the first two steps of the "Checkout Projects" wizard.)

Has anyone else noticed this? I can't really say it's a "bug"; the
"Checkout Projects from CVS" wizard doesn't allow a manual refresh either,
but at least it refreshes the list of modules when you choose an existing
CVS repository, go forward to the "Select Module" page and click "Use an
existing module".

I think allowing a refresh when checking out would be a useful enhancement
- does anyone else agree?

Regards

Richard Fearn
