I tried uninstalling the 1.0.0 plugin which causes Eclipse to automatically
restart itself, I believe that this is the issue. This time I hit "Apply
Changes" instead of "ok" when asked to restart. I then shut the application
down and restarted it manually - the workspace was fine upon restart. I
believe that the workspace is being reset on the automatic restart. I'll
check the eclipse site to see if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
Thanks,
Eric
