I think you are, yes. For one thing, svk uses its own merge process, at
least in some cases. If we were going to integrate with something, it
would more likely be the svnmerge.py script that the Subversion developers
have created and are supporting. Only because it only uses the Subversion
libraries.

I'd welcome a patch that attempted to do either.
