[Subclipse-users] Project missing 'svn nature' in 3.2 serie

I've switched to Eclipse 3.2 today and found a problem with Subclipse.
After checking out a project using SubClipse - project is not tied to SVN.
'Team' option in context menu on Project level provides only 'Apply patch'
option, all other options (synchronize, commit) are not available.
To make things more strange, all those options are available in context
menu for project files and directories.
Is it a known problem?
I've checked eclispe 3.2M5a and M6 with subclipse 1.0.0 and 0.9.105
versions, all four combinations.
