I probably will not be able to do anything other than QA and release
manage these features, so it is going to depend on what patches are
submitted. If I get one for outgoing but not incoming I would not hold up
a release waiting for it. Hopefully we will get patches for both
features. Of the two, I personally think that outgoing is more
interesting and generally useful.
