Re: [Subclipse-users] Username and Password (No Prompt on repository add)

Hi Mark,
I Should have mentioned this in the last post, sorry. The
username/password was in fact cached. After changing the svnserve.conf entry
to "write" I could run the command without username+password, and was able
to checkout the project.

After deleting the cache, doing either a "co" or "info" resulted in being
prompted for password. Not sure about different errors, both commands re
prompted me for username/password when I entered the wrong data.

I'm guessing that it's more about the response from svnserve and the bad
conf entry than how Subclipse handled the error. My thought is that svnserve
should probably be validating the conf file before trying to use it, or at
least throwing some error to the admins. I will bring it up to the
Subversion user group.

Thank you again for the help,
Eric
