There are a couple of preferences that control this.

The first one is that you have to globally enable the SVN decorators in
Eclipse. This is done in Preferences under General -> Appearance -> Label
Decorations.

Once that is enabled, you can then configure the decorators themselves
under Team -> SVN -> Label Decorations.

By default, we use icon decorators but you can also use the text-based
decorators that CVS uses.
