There are a lot of hits.

I actually think I saw someone else post something about this recently and
it had to do with some kind of timing problem between JavaSVN and the way
the SourceForge server was configured. I thought that SF.net was
reconfiguring their servers to fix this. Maybe Alex will see this message
and know more.
