I just tried it. It works fine, unless I do it in a version of Eclipse
that already has version 0.9.108 installed. In that case, I get the same
message as you. Did you look in Help -> About -> Installed Plugins and
also Help -> SW Updates -> Manage Configuration? Maybe you already have
the latest version installed.
