There are no plans to add that feature. A lot of the developers around
the Subversion project and some of the related projects are very finicky
about the log messages, so we wanted to help write a log message that is
formatted properly. We support setting a property on your project named
tsvn:logwidthmarker that sets a vertical line marking some position, like
column 78, to help you know where to insert line breaks in your log
message.
