[Subclipse-users] Some questions

Hello,

I'm a new user of Subclipse, although I've been using TortoiseSVN for a long
time. In just a few hours working with it I've found it very comfortable, so
thank you for this product!

I noticed it works quite similar to TSVN, and I understand that they are
different products, but as they basicly do the same stuff, there some questions
I have for you:

1) When I try to lock a file that is already locked by other user, the error
message doesn't tell me who that user is. How can I find it out?

2) Related to the previous question, is there any way to see all the files that
others have locked? In TSVN, you can go to "Check for modifications" and then
click on "Check Repository" and you can see that information. I expected that
the Synchronize view would give me that information, but I haven't found it in
neither that view nor any other SVN view.

3) Is there any way to see all the files I have locked but not modified? I can't
find it, and it is very useful: without it, I can lock a file "forever" without
noticing! It is also important if you revert a file, as it is still locked by
you.

As I cannot (don't kwow how to) see all the files I have locked, I expected that
maybe they would be shown in Pending operations or even in the Commit window:
TSVN does both, one in Check for modifications window, and they are also shown
in the commit window (a commit to those files just does an Unlock on them, as
they are not modified, TSVN shows you nothing has changed but they are locked
by you).

I understand this is a different product from TSVN, and I agree they are no
meant to be exact either in behaviour or look, but it seems (as far as I tried)
that lock information is missing.

Can you lead me to the right way, please? I tried searching this list by "lock"
<http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/SearchList?list=users&searchText=lock&defaultField=body&Search=Search>
but nothing is shown. I guess tigris search is faulty...

Thank you in advance!

Best regards,

Fernando Najera
