Do you want to file three issues so they are in your name?

1) New/Enhance Create Branch/Tag option that can do it for multiple
projects.
2) Modify subclipse:tags so that property does not need revision. This
would mean writing a process to discover and cache the revision
information at runtime.
3) Dependent on #2, change Create Branch/Tag so that subclipse:tags
property is updated and committed prior to creating the branch/tag.

If not, I can file them at some point.

BTW, my Subclipse time in near future is pretty limited so I will mostly
do release management work and answer questions. 1.0 should be out once
Subversion 1.3.1 is released.
