Thanks for responding. When I do Team/Commit it just shows that the
top-level folder is "modified". I know none of the files or folders
below are modified. The only change is the creation of the "bin" folder
(the Eclipse compilation output folder).

How can I reconcile this so the marker won't show up anymore?
