Open your Eclipse preferences and go to General -> Workspace and check the
"Refresh automatically" box. This will tell Eclipse to automatically
refresh your workspace and find these changes. The alternative is to do
it manually by right-clicking on the file or any parent folder and
choosing the Refresh option.
