Subclipse has no direct involvements with SSH (or any protocol). In the
Eclipse online help for Subclipse, look at Reference -> Support for SVN
Protocols.

There is a good explanation for each protocol about what is involved and
how to configure it. If you are using JavaSVN, Alex pretty much already
answered it for you.
