I assume you mean the Subversion decorators on your new projects? Did you
checkout the project using Subclipse? Have you checked your Eclipse
preferences to confirm that the SVN Label decorations are turned on? They
are by default, but you never know.

If none of the above helps, check your error log for errors relating to
Subclipse and SVNLightweightDecorator.
