I can't think of anything that has changed that would prevent it from
working. I just gave it a quick try and it worked.

I can tell you that the Repository view is cached and has to be manually
refreshed if you have already opened it to the location where the tag was
created. If you were to show the history on a parent folder of the tag
you should be able to see it.
