Yes that makes sense. That version of Subclipse requires Subversion 1.2.x.
You should be running version 0.9.107. If you check for updates, you will
have to do it twice to get to this version. The first time will install
0.9.104/105, which is the last version I posted to the old update site.
Once that version is installed, updates will check the new update site and
grab 0.9.107.

Or you can just point to the new update site URL of:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.0.x

It is on our home page if I typo'd it.
