Yes, I am looking at it. There are a couple of Eclipse Bug's opened. It
was caused by a change they made in M5. There will probably be a way to
workaround it in our code, I am just looking for the best way that
introduces the least side effects. For example, because of this change,
when you do a checkout with the CVS plugin your workspace is now locked
until the checkout completes.

You can do the checkout using the command line and then do File -> Import
-> Existing Project into Workspace to workaround the problem.
